Frequently Asked Questions 
How will I be coached? Will it take a lot of my time?
- Telephone coaching is easy
- I will call you at the appointed time
- We will have 4 sessions a month, scheduled at any frequency that suits you ...usually weekly
- You will be coached for approximately 45 minutes each session
- You will need quiet, stress free surroundings so that you can concentrate on our discussion
- During each session we will identify actions you need to take to keep yourself on track. I will offer support, feedback, and help shift perspective, if needed
- I recommend trying coaching for a minimum of 3 months, as it normally takes this amount of time to really start seeing results
- After the 1 st month, we will review our relationship and your progress to ensure the coaching relationship is working for you
What do I have to do?
- Your coaching sessions are about you and for you
- You decide what we will focus on each week
- We will agree on actions you need to take each week to move forward toward your goals and dreams
- I will send you an email Session Summary after each session with a summary of your agreed actions
- Between sessions you should work on the agreed actions
- Just before our next session you will need to email me your Weekly Update
How do I get the most out of my sessions?
- Clearly communicate what you hope to get out of coaching
- Be by the phone at the agreed time
- Talk freely, openly, and honestly
- Review your Session Summary throughout the week and accept responsibility for taking action after each session
- Prepare your Weekly Update and email to me before our next session
- If something in our coaching relationship is not working for you, speak up and let me know
- Be Bold! Think big! Stretch yourself!
Can I have a Trial Session to see if I like coaching?
What are the objectives of a trial session? What does it cost?
- To help you understand what life coaching is about
- To show you how life coaching can help you move forward on your goals and dreams by identifying at least one action item as a result of the trial session
- To see if there is a good fit for us as client and coach. The coaching relationship has to feel right for both of us
- If there is a good fit, to invite you to set up a regular coaching schedule
- The trial session is free. There is no obligation to sign up as a client with me
What can I expect from you?
- I will be an outstanding listener and sounding board, champion opportunities, encourage you to stretch & challenge yourself, help create shifts in thinking, inspire you, and support your efforts to live your dreams
- I will act at all times as a model for my clients
- I will be open, honest, non judgmental and supportive
- I will give 100% commitment as your coach
- I will treat you with courtesy and respect and expect the same from you
- I practice a positive focus. What is working for you, not what is wrong. I want to look forward
- I will give you homework and challenges. You can say Yes, No, or Renegotiate. However, I expect you to take action.
- I will respond to all emails within 24 hours
- I will keep our relationship, discussion and notes confidential

What are your qualifications?
- I am a certified professional coach (CPC).
- I am a graduate of the International Coaching Academy (ICA). See ICA at www.icoachacademy.com
- I have a strong business foundation in educational experience and work experience
- I have great life experience!
What if I don’t like coaching and want to cancel?
- You are free to stop coaching at any time for any reason
- If you cancel for any reason, there will be no refunds for that month
How much does it cost? What is included?
- US$300 per month for 4 sessions (payable in advance) or
- US$100 for an individual session.
- Unlimited email support, as needed
- You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, Bank Transfer, or Cheque/Check
